At Real Smart Ledger, "Privacy" isn't a compliance requirement—it's our product. We build infrastructure designed for total data custody. As such, our own website reflects these values.

1. No Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website. We do not track your IP address or fingerprint your browser.

2. No Cookies

This is a static HTML website. We do not set cookies on your device. If you log into a client-specific portal (e.g., Nomad Interface), a session token will be stored in LocalStorage for authentication purposes only.

3. Data Collection

We only collect data that you explicitly give us:

• If you email us at Joe@RealSmartLedger.net, we will have your email address.
• If you hire us for consulting, we will store your project requirements in our secure, offline-first database.

4. AI & Data Isolation

If you use our Nomad HDS platform:

• Your data remains on your hardware (or the hardware we provision for you).
• We do not train our public AI models on your private data.
• Your "Cognitive State" (AI memory) is stored in a local vector database that never leaves your network.
