By accessing this website or purchasing services from Real Smart Ledger LLC ("The Company"), you agree to the following terms.
The Company provides specialized software development, consulting, and hardware provisioning services related to distributed databases and AI orchestration. Our primary product, "Nomad HDS," is an autonomous infrastructure platform.
The software provided by The Company, including but not limited to the Nomad Agent, HDS Fabric, and SQL Ledger components, is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and zero hallucinations, the nature of Autonomous AI means outcomes can vary based on inputs.
In no event shall The Company be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from the use of the Nomad AI or the deployment of autonomous code.
Specific terms regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules for consulting projects will be outlined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed prior to the commencement of work.
Unless explicitly stated in a "Work for Hire" agreement, the underlying core technology of the Nomad Platform and HDS Fabric remains the intellectual property of Real Smart Ledger LLC. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software for their own business operations.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
